CANCELLATION POLICY

1. 24-Hour Notice Required

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

2. Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Our cleaners reserve time specifically for your appointment.

3. Lockouts / No Access

If our team arrives and:

• Cannot access the property

• Is denied entry

• Utilities (water/electricity) are not working

A lockout fee of up to 100% of service cost may apply.

4. Recurring Services

For recurring services (weekly, biweekly, monthly):

• 24-hour notice is required for skips or reschedules.

• Repeated cancellations may result in removal of discounted recurring pricing.

5. Emergency Situations

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us immediately, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
