1. Services

Bethlehem Cleaning LLC  we provides residential cleaning services in Bethlehem, PA and surrounding areas. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and recurring cleaning services.

All services are subject to availability.


2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be scheduled online or by phone.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards.

  • Pricing is based on home size, condition, and selected services.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the home condition differs significantly from what was described at booking.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100%.

Rescheduling is allowed with proper notice.


4. Access to Property

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing safe and legal access to the property.

  • Securing pets.

  • Ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are working.

If cleaners cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.


5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of service.

  • We will return to re-clean the missed areas at no additional charge.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion.


6. Safety & Conditions

We do not:

  • Climb higher than a 2-step ladder.

  • Move heavy furniture over 35 lbs.

  • Clean biohazards, mold, or hazardous materials.

If a property is deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to refuse service.


7. Damage & Liability

We are insured.

If damage occurs:

  • It must be reported within 24 hours.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue appropriately.

Normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, and fragile items not secured by the client are not our responsibility.


8. Recurring Services

Recurring services (weekly, biweekly, monthly):

  • Require 24-hour notice for cancellation.

  • May receive discounted pricing.

  • Discounts may be removed if service frequency changes.


9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • There is unsafe behavior.

  • There is harassment or inappropriate conduct.

  • The environment poses health or safety risks.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
